Get your chain clean!
Great combination of items for anyone that needs to do some basic maintenance to their bike. It comes with the citrus-based cleaning fluid (bio-degradable), a chain/gear brush for cleaning out the debris and dirt collected, and of course the chain cleaning kit.

All the items in the chain cleaning brush kit are easily removable for seperate cleaning and parktools also sell the items individually once they wear out.

For first timers it might seem a little difficult to use but after the 2nd try it was easy as pie. WARNING the cleaning fluid will leak out from the cleaning kit as you have the brush and chain carrying the cleaning liquid out. You may want to lay out some old newspapers on the ground before starting this.

I've cleaned my bike chain a few times now. I think one bottle of citrus cleaning is good for 3-4 cleaning rounds before you have to buy another one. I've used the citrus liquid to clean my gears as well to get rid of the grease in other areas of the bike. The smell of the cleaning liquid does linger around for a day or 2 if you just leave your bike, but it goes away once you take your bike out for a round.

You may lose a few bristles from the cleaning kit as you are cleaning your bike chain as the chain catches the bristle, but i've only had 2 or 3 bristles being pulled out each time I clean the bike chain so it's not such a bad thing.

There's an instruction sheet with the whole kit, comes in English, German, Japanese ... and other languages.

耐久性が問題
本体に洗浄液を入れ、チェーンを通過させる。本体にはブラシが付いており、チェーンの上下左右がこすられ、ぴかぴかになる。購入当初は非常に満足していた。しかし、4，5回使った頃から、金具をかける所などにひびが入ってきた。割れそうなので使わなくなってしまった。付属のブラシは毛が太いので、歯ブラシの方が良いかも知れない。

耐久性さえ問題なければ、満点だった…。

簡単にチェーンがきれいになります！通販番組の商品のような怪しい雰囲気ですが、
やってみてかなり感動しました。すごいアイデア商品です。億劫なチェーンの清掃が楽しくなり、家にある自転車全部やってしまいました。
